GOSSIP:	Has been given the go-ahead to proceed with a lawsuit he filed in May in a battle over the film rights to DICK TRACY. (August 15, 2005) Though he recently admitted he doesn't want to run in 2006’s California Governor election, he insists he'd do a better job than Arnold Schwarzenegger. (May 23, 2005) Has sued Tribune Media Services for $30 million, saying it had violated an agreement to give the actor rights to make another movie featuring comic character Dick Tracy.
