- Attended a safety lecture Monday at a rural elementary school in central Vietnam as UNICEF's goodwill ambassador. (October 28, 2003)
- Moore, a goodwill ambassador for UNICEF, arrived in Cambodia Wednesday to campaign for iodized salt. (October 24, 2003)
- Received a knighthood from Queen Elizabeth II on October 9, 2003 for his charity work, including 12 years as a goodwill ambassador for UNICEF.
- Moore is expected to leave the hospital on Friday after collapsing on stage during a Broadway performance on Wednesday – The actor was performing as the mystery guest star in Wednesday's matinee performance of 'The Play What I Wrote,' when he fainted on stage. (May 9, 2003)
