  • Lost out on a part in SUPERMAN: THE MAN OF STEEL after being outbid at an auction. His offer of $80,000 was topped by British business tycoon Philip Green who paid $90,000 for the cameo role to go to his wife Tina. (November 23, 2006)
  • Launched a verbal attack at the press from the Cannes Film Festival, saying all photographers should be shot during an award presentation. (May 2006)
