- Arrested on a misdemeanor charge of public drunkenness – He was detained after he and some friends removed lobsters from a tank at a Meijer grocery store. (September 2004)
- Arrested by West Hollywood Police in 2 separate incidents: 1) for driving without a license 2) for DUI & causing a car wreck (just 4 hours after the first incident). (25 September 2001)
