- Guest starred on the penultimate episode of NBC's Will & Grace as the sharp-tongued sister of Karen Walker, (Megan Mullally), aired on May 11, 2006.
- Her husband, Michael Wittenberg died in a helicopter crash in Montenegro, Europe on September 26, 2005. An investment advisor, he was reportedly on a business trip.
- Vowed to steer clear of busy nail salons - after a visit to one such parlour left her sick. She visited a New York nail salon while she was starring in preview showings of a revival of Broadway show Gypsy, where she says a woman sat down next to her and started coughing.
